Alice Dittman was born in 1930 into a Nebraska family whose business was banking. Having lived most of a century at the time of this writing, she has witnessed incredible growth and changes in that industry. Having lost her husband early to cancer, she raised her children within the pressures and privileges of a male-dominated workplace.
