Synthesis & characterization new polymers as stationary phase in HPLC
Angebote / Angebote:
New method for measured the hypertension drugs by one run in HPLC. Two cross like polymer were prepared. first polymer was synthesized by condensation reaction between glycerol triethanol amine with maleic anhydride. The second polymer was synthesized by addition polymerization of free radical for acrylamide, bisacrylamide with ammonium persulphate and TEMED. The products and used as stationary phase for HPLC. This stationary phase has been packed into stainless steel column. The chromatographic performances of the newly packed columns are characterized.N, H, ¿ and a were measured. Amiloride, furosmide, and atenolol were separated with 1st column gradient eluention of (0-20)% pH 8 with methanol and 2nd column gradient eluention of (0-10)% pH 6. Furthermore tyrosine, Tryptophane and Phenylalanine were also examined with 1st column with isocratic eluention 15% pH 6 in 85 ethanol and 2nd column gradient eluention (0-15)% pH 6 in ethanol .Vitamin E was also using 1st column column and 100% acetonitrile. The separation of these compounds on these two columns was compared with their separation on C-18 commercial column
