This Digest includes the decisions of the Privy Council and of the High Court sitting as Courts of Appeal, and also decisions of the High Court sitting in the exercise of its original jurisdiction in cases in which the cause of action arose within the State of Victoria. There are the usual double indexes of cases and of decisions over-ruled, &c., , and an index of references to Statutes.
