At the age of twenty, after obtaining a head injury, I was sent for a CT scan to check for any skull or brain damage and sent home with the all clear. I didn't know it at the time, but doctors had completely missed a brain tumour. This book is my story about the highs and lows I have experienced over this ten-year journey I have been on since then. Being misdiagnosed and then formally diagnosed with a brain tumour, understandably comes with many ordeals including, handling my emotions, dealing with the consequences and difficulties presented by a brain tumour and the benefits as, believe it or not there has been some.I want to share my story from the beginning in the hope of helping others who may have had to deal similar struggles in life.
