Shandra Hillman, a New Orleans native, is an ambitious accountant who has been living alone in Atlanta, GA for the past 8 years. She moved to Atlanta to not only start a career, but to also get away from the drama that always surrounds her relatives back in New Orleans. Everything changes on August 27, 2005. Hurricane Katrina, a category 4 hurricane, hits the Gulf Coast and forces Shandra to provide shelter for 13 of her relatives in her 3 bedroom home in Atlanta.
