ANGER INTENSITY IN ELECTRONIC NEGOTIATION
Angebote / Angebote:
Group decision making is a collaborative effort involving two or
more individuals working to attain a certain goal or objective. The
major steps involved can be grouped into information gathering
and sharing, problem identification and importance, finding
alternative solutions, assessing and selecting the appropriate
solution and, finally, solution implementation and process
management (Turban, Liang, & Wu, 2011). It is a collaborative
effort involving a high level of interaction, deliberation and
analysis and has been the subject of research for several decades.
Over the years, with the advancement of the Internet and
Communication Technologies (ICT), several tools to support the
group decision process were developed.
