Excerpt from Annual Report of the Town of Hillsborough, Comprising the Reports of Selectmen, Town Treasurer, Town Clerk, Road Agent, Health Officer, Board of Education, Town School Board, Auditors and Precinct Officers, for the Year Ending January 31, 1927: And the Vital Statistics for the Year Ending December 31, 1926You are hereby notified to meet at Childs' Opera House in said town on Tuesday, the Eighth Day Of March, next, at nine of the clock in the forenoon, to act on the following subjects.Article I. To choose one Selectman for three years, Town Treasurer, Tax Collector, Highway Agent, Town Clerk and Chief of Police for one year, Trustee of the Ful ler Public Library for two years, Trustee of Trust Funds for three years and all other necessary town officers or agents for the ensuing year.Art. 2. To hear the reports of the town officers to the auditors the reports of the auditors, agents, committees or other town Officers heretofore chosen or appointed and to pass any vote relating thereto.Art. 3. To raise such sums of money as may be nec essary to meet the current expenses of the town and apply upon the principal and interest of the town debt.Art. 4.
