Hence all who have continued stead fastly in the apostles' doctrine have also continued stead fastly in the apostles' fellowship. It is no part of a Christian mind, as has been justly said, to withhold from the church her titles of honor and exaltation, or to undervalue the o¿ices which she is called upon to dis charge.
