Zum Thema Grundbildung gegen Fachkräftemangel wurde in Dortmund das Projekt DoQ - Dortmunder Grundbildungsqualifizierung konzipiert. Ziel war die Entwicklung von pädagogisch-didaktischen Konzepten für arbeitsprozessorientierte Grundbildung, die Beschäftigten und Unternehmen gerecht werden. Der Band beschreibt die Konzeptionsphase des Projektes von der Definition für eine arbeitsplatzorientierte Grundbildung über die Branchenauswahl bis zur Analyse der Arbeitsprozesse in den ausgewählten Unternehmen. Der zweite Teil thematisiert die Entwicklung von betriebsspezifischen Curricula sowie die Entwicklung von Strategien zur Einführung der Grundbildungsangebote in den teilnehmenden Unternehmen. The project DoQ - Basic Education Qualification Dortmund (Dortmunder Grundbildungsqualifizierung) was initiated in an effort to offer basic education qualifications to counteract the lack of skilled workers. The objective was to develop pedagogical-didactic concepts for a work process-oriented basic education that satisfies the requirements of employees and employers alike. The volume describes the conception phase of the project from the definition of a workplace-oriented basic education to industry selection and an analysis of the work processes in the selected companies. The second part outlines the development of company-specific curricula and the development of strategies for the introduction of basic education offerings in participating companies.
