Some speak as if they are still children, reliving certain events that have scared them. Yet they have all managed to become successful people who need to get on with their lives, but can't until their issues are resolved. Breathing Under Water gives you that personal feeling of being in a pond, river, whatever. It's not like swimming and holding your breath because you can come up at any time, it's a feeling of being held underwater against your will. There's fear and anxiety and the ultimate desire to come up and breathe.
