Caterina Edwards was born in England, and now lives in Edmonton. With the publication of The Lion's Mouth in 1982, Caterina Edwards made her mark as an novelist. This coming-of-age story of an Italian immigrant woman is one of the first novels to combine ethnic questions with feminist ideas.
