We consider the fundamental questions on how nodalmobility affects the behavior and performance ofprotocol stacks of wireless mobile ad hoc networks(MANETs). In the book, we attempt to investigate allaspects of mobility effects on the network behavior, from link-level, path-level to eventually protocollevel. The findings and proposed models couldsignificantly contribute to the design of adaptiverouting protocols, better accommodating the dynamicnature of the underlying network and providingreliable services to upper layer.
