Principal¿s status is equally important for school development and quality education. If the principal himself / herself suffers from constant stress and dissatisfaction, he / she won¿t get indulged properly in his / her work. The principal having less stress can perform his / her responsibilities healthily and can involve himself / herself properly in his / her work. Even though, India is considered as a developing country at an international level, we need to accept the reality that compared to increasing population, we have lagged behind in quality education.
