The work has been undertaken to evaluate the biological changes that could be encountered in response to different intensities of 50 Hz magnetic field (0.2, 0.6, 1.0, 1.4 mT). The effects of magnetic field on the activity of some liver function .Also The effect of magnetic field on the Oxidative stress and non-enzymatic antioxidant . These measurements were conducted during the influence of magnetic field in addition to the spectral analysis. The study was done on Sparague-Dawely male rats witch an average weight of 140-160 g.The exposure to Magnetic field was performed for 7 days 2 hours/day in the case of exposure. After exposure to magnetic field, rats were decapitated and blood samples were collected as well as the livers were removed. To obtain serum, the collected blood was incubated at 37 degree centigrade for one hour in clean dry test tubes, then centrifuged at 3000 rpm for 20 min. Sera were aspirated and stored in deep freezer at -20 degree centigrade until used. analysis was done using unpaired t-test (p< 0.05).
