Bill Carter was born in 1966. He has spent the last fifteen years travelling the globe, visiting and living in over forty countries, his jobs have ranged from English teacher to commercial fisherman to assistant film director to photo-journalist. He has also produced and directed several documentaries, including the award-winning Miss Sarajevo. Bill currently lives in southern Arizona.
