Excerpt from Foreign Crops and Markets, Vol. 24: January 25, 1932The area sown to winter wheat in Poland last fall was per cent of the 1930 acreage or about acres. The area sown to winter rye was per cent of last year or acres. In Italy a trade source places the winter wheat acreage at acres for the harvest of the coming year. Ah official English report stated that winter grains in that country were satisfactory.
