Frank Sheed (d. 1981) and Maisie Ward (d. 1975) were a remarkable couplefounders of Sheed & Ward publishers, authors of innumerable books on Catholic history, theology, and spirituality, and pioneers in promoting the Catholic Revival of the 20th century.
