Excerpt from General Laws of the State of Idaho: Passed at the Fourth Session of the State LegislatureSection 1. That section 2010 of the Revised Statutes of the state of Idaho be amended to read as follows: The auditor and treasurer of each county must, on the second Monday in January, April, July, and October, make a joint statement to the board of com missioners, showing the whole amount of collections (stating particularly the source of each portion of the revenue) from all sources paid into the county treas ury, the funds among which the same was distributed, and the amount to each, the total amount of warrants drawn and paid, and on what fund, the total amount of warrants drawn and unpaid, and accounts or claims audited, or allowed and unpaid, and the fund out of' which they are to be paid, and generally make a full and specific showing of the financial condition of the county, and said auditor and treasurer shall cause to be published a summary of said statements in some.About the PublisherForgotten Books publishes hundreds of thousands of rare and classic books.
