After the pages of the Handbook had been sent to press, I learnt that the Munich Pinakothek had been numbered afresh.
In correction of the text I may state that the portrait in the Belvedere Museum assigned by Dr. Waagen to Calcar is by Morone and the Soleure Madonna is now the property of the Kunst Verem of that city.
