Harry the Lonely Spider is story about a lonely spider who is shunned by all other individuals due to his scary appearance. Whenever Harry approached other individuals at the playground, they would all become frightened and run away in fear. Harry was left friendless and lonely and felt as if he would remain lonely and friendless his entire life. Then one day, Harry decided to go to the playground once again in a desperate attempt to find acceptance and possibly a friend. It was that particular day that Harry saw a caterpillar with a huge red nose crying and alone. This story is about being different and not judging others simply by appearance.
