The 80/10/10 or HCLF (High Carb Low Fat) diet is based on a minimum 80% carbohydrates, maximum 10% proteins and 10% fat. Author Louise Koch is a Danish diet-coach, author and Youtuber. She cured herself from a long list of diseases with her raw food diet and this recipe book contains some of her favourite concoctions. Everything is made from whole, raw, ripe and fresh fruits, nuts, seeds, greens and vegetables and should preferably be organic too. The recipes are divided into 4 categories according to their fat content so that it is easy for you to keep the 80/10/10 percentages.
