But, generally speaking, it is not easy to score 01 the hypocrite. It is he who scores off others. He takes them in, and he feeds on them. He is like some beautiful ¿owers we read about that open their petals to the ¿y and then seize upon it and devour it. The latest instance of the money grabbing hypocrite is that of the man Loughnan, who got out of poor Mr. Henry Morley for the advancement of true religion and virtue.It is a curious thing that from the days of Judas to the present day the religious hypocrite always manages to get the control of the money-bag.
