Some of the con crete questions were sent to the War College with re quests that consideration be given thereto. As in former years the War College is anxious to receive such ques tions as seem to officers to demand consideration. The recent changes in the plans of work at the War College have made necessary some modifications in the method of treatment of the subjects in the conferences.
