The aim of designing and development of yoga modules was to plan twelveweeks yoga intervention modules for scaling down of anxiety and depression and scaling up life satisfaction and adjustment among postpartum women. Modules were designed and developed for 12 weeks related to yoga postures, sequencing, relaxation technique (breath in and breath out). Yoga module was developed by the researcher with the help of experts of the field and various available yoga texts on therapeutic effects of yoga asanas for healing women during postpartum.
