It is our plan to require three hours' work per week in the laboratory and two in the recitation room. The experiments here given, with the necessary practice in determining unknown substances by the Key, will probably occupy the class for forty weeks. Some experiments should be indicated by the teacher for omission, if the time alloted for chemistry is too short.
