Princess Airys lost everything, her parents, and her principality of Dyfed to darkness. Queen Aranrod has promised to help her win back Dyfed in exchange for seven years of service. Now that it's finally time, the queen's promise comes in a different form.
Instead of helping restore Airys' birthright to Dyfed, she is given rule over an abandoned island called Myrdin.
