*Winning selection of Nightboat¿s Poetry Reading Period. *This is the author¿s debut book despite having published six previous chapbooks and being widely published in journals including LitHub and The Brooklyn Rail. *Author is the Program Director at the Poetry Project and on the writing faculty at Pratt Institute. She has been a generous member of the literary community in NY for 15 years, where she has taken workshops with Eileen Myles, Anselm Berrigan, Sophia Dahlin, Elaine Kahn, Jacqueline Waters, and many other. She has also performed and collaborated widely with other eminent thinkers and writers such as Eileen Myles, Emily Brandt and Simone White. *Author has a Master of Liberal Studies with a focus in Gender from CUNY Graduate Center.
