As of 2018, his local NHS hospital is implementing the same concepts to improve quality and customer satisfaction.Since moving to healthcare, he has been fortunate to work as a manager and consultant with a large private hospital group, a leading retirement village operator and several mid to large care home providers in the private and voluntary sectors.
