As a Senior Operating Executive I recognized that many of my assistants were former union members who demonstrated unusual leadership capability. My PhD in Management and Psychology enabled me to be a daily trainer and professor. Also the Troy New York Community College and I conducted a full semester experiment on fork truck operators, tradesman, laborers etc. The purpose was to determine the value of college level training for rank and file individuals. Consequently I have taken the experience and presented a book based on this research.
