Those who are familiar with the history of the University of Toronto, the largest and most important State University in Canada, will agree with me that, if the future interests ot'higher education in British Columbia are not to suffer. The greater portion of it should be made now while the Province still has at its disposal the great bulk of the public land with the timber and minerals thereof.
