This book is a document of my evolution of consciousness. Almost all of the notes presented in this book were written between December 2022 and July 2023.
This book was unplanned, as was Volume II, there was never any intention for Mentation & Meditation to become a series, the philosophizing, exploring, meditating, insights, and note-taking just kept happening after the initial book was published.
