The compiler's manu script has' been carefully revised by Return I. Holcombe, it has been submitted to General Lucius F. Hubbard and General James H. Baker in its entirety, and the material pertaining to the political history of the State to the Honorable William P. Murray, and has been corrected and revised by them, has also been approved by General James H.
