This research was carried to assess the impact of low uptake of payment using mobile money for services rendered by Nanyuki Water and Sewerage Company despite majority of the customers being in possession of cell phones and also having access to mobile money payment platforms on their cell phones such as MPESA. The study concluded that perceived ease of use, perceived cost, perceived trust and perceived usefulness influence the performance. The study recommended that the organization should sensitize its customers on the use of mobile money services and lower the cost of using mobile payment services.
