The search for my life's purpose serendipitously led me to find like-being people, a life's work with the breath, and a creative discipline with dance and movement as a wayof bringing stillness into my life, not just on the meditation cushion, but in every part of my life.This collection of poems and illustrations feels true to me - at the moment - full of tenderness, richness and love.
