Excerpt from Nine Years of the League of Nations, 1920-28: Ninth YearbookThe German Reichstag on November 30, 1925, author ized the Government to take the steps necessary for the entrance of Germany into the League of Nations. This authorization was incorporated into the law approving the Locarno treaties. On February 8, Germany for mally applied for admission to_ the League. Attached to the application was a Copy of the joint note of the Locarno states respecting Art. 16 Of the Covenant.
