Excerpt from Notes on Policy I beheld a vision. And lo, a man, great, mighty, and four-square, with his arms outstretched to all the nations upon earth! For the feet of him - which had been of clay, plastic, and in which nerves of argon were working in connection with his great heart - became of terra-cotta, and he stood yet more firmly.
