Preparation of Graphene Oxide from Tattered Graphite and Applications
Angebote / Angebote:
Our R&D, work is focused towards the development of novel materials for organic solar cells applications along with the development of novel processes (cost effective and eco-friendly) for the synthesis of existing and modified materials for cheaper organic photovoltaic technology. Our special focus is also on development of graphene based interfacial layer for large area flexible organic electronics. We have introduced novel methodology for bulk synthesis of highly conducting graphene oxide and functionalized them with fullerene molecules to study their photophysical properties. Our Group is also involved in preparation of several small molecule based interfacial materials for better charge collection. We have experimentally observed microwave induced photovoltaic Shubnikov dee Hass Oscillations in highly oriented pyrolytic graphite (HOPG) Hall bar. These photovoltaic SdH oscillations are very sensitive to microwave power and frequency. High microwave power oscillations are exactly same as longitudinal resistance oscillations with Pi/2 phase shift. These results are very useful in future technology in photovoltaic devices.
