It also identified relation between the psychological capital and the demographic profile of the respondents. Furthermore, it sought to find the relationship between the happiness levels with the demographic profile of the respondents.Specifically, this study determined the psychological capital of respondents in terms of self-efficacy, optimism, hope and resiliency. It also determined the level of happiness of the respondents in terms of positive emotions, socially gratifying interactions, participation in meaningful experience, self-caring and socio-economic structure. The study determined the teaching performance of the respondents based on the criteria set by the institution. The study tested if there was a significant relationship between the demographic profile of the respondents and their psychological capital and their happiness level. Furthermore, it was tested if there was a significant relationship between the psychological capital and the teaching performance of the respondents. The study tested if there was a significant relationship between the level of happiness and the teaching performance of the respondents.
