They had to do it, but at the same time it is perfectly fair to point out that our position compared with the large number Of workers. In Britain and Northern Europe is not quite analogous.Hon. A. Norton: I have a great deal of sympathy with Mr.. Maiden, and I heard his address on the subject, which received a great deal of sympathy. At the same time, we are all bound to realise the difficulties which may be brought about by dividing into two sections.
