Excerpt from Results of Seed Tests for 1917: Made for the State Department of AgricultureFrom the tables on the preceding pages it will be noted that 90 of the 103 samples collected were guaranteed for purity and 84 for germination. In other words, 87 per cent of the seed represented by the samples was sold according to the law as regards purity and 8-1 per cent as regards germination.
