Once her passion for breastfeeding blossomed, she then qualified as a Health Professional so she could also support other Mother's Rise all over the World. An International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, a Health Coach and Mental Health Counsellor, Elizabeth Ann uses her own story and own personally created meditations to support you to heal the past and step firmly into the present.
