Janina Hochland, maiden name Kemblinski,
was born in Lodz Poland. At the age of four,
she was in Romania, here she lived for twenty-two years, in Brasov and Bucharest. Went to Israel for
a few years, then to England, where she settled
in Manchester. She studied at various universities
and finished with an MA on the French writer and philosopher JP Sartre. Took her B Ed, taught
at Salford, College of Technology, then at Salford
University, before retiring. This is her second book.
In 2011 she brought out 'The Kemblinski Saga'.
