Vic's weapon, an experimental laser aimed, single shot sniper rifle designed to hit targets at extreme distances. The trajectory of this impossible shot would cover one and a half miles. While preparing to make the shot, he found himself surrounded by mercenaries ordered to kill him at the mission's end.
