Youngblood, of Mount Vernon, one of the judges in the second judicial circuit of Illinois, is a native Illinoisan, born in Para dise Prairie, Perry county. This state, October 21, 1838, and is a son of Isaiah and Electa the former a native of Georgia and the latter of Connecticut. They became residents of Illinois in territorial days, and upon a farm in Perry county they reared their family of ten children, of whom the judge was the ninth in order of birth.
