Temler, a Bristolon, knows desperation can lead to courage, but will courage be enough to save his friends? But now, Temler has only two choices: lose his three Bristolon friends, forever, or break Bristolon law and seek human help to save them. Temler choses to break the law, and finds himself on a wild adventure with three fearless young humans. Together they save Temler's friends, but actions have consequences. Temler soon learns where he thought the adventure would end, is only the beginning.
