Excerpt from The British Journal of Dermatology, Vol. 20: July, 1908I have had, as I think, Six instances of the disease under my own observation, and have seen several other of the cases described in the synopsis submitted in the appendix. I have also, by the kindness of individual friends (whose favour is in each instance acknowledged), had Opportunities Of examining sections Of eleven cases other than my own, and of my own in four out of the Six cases, so that in fifteen cases I have been able to compare the histological appearances.
