For us not to do so then is to be just as foolish and incongruous as for a man to light a lamp anad then conceal it beneath a box or a basket. It would be like the watchman in the tower of the lighthouse carrying over the glass through which the light was to give its signal of warning and hope. To call such an institution a lighthouse would be a mis nomer. Then for a disciple of Jesus Christ, and all Christians are his disciples, to allow any of his powers which could be used to further his kingdom among men to lie dor mant, or to_be used in another direction is perfect incongruity.
