Thirdly, I have noted what emphasis is placed in the literature of this present parliament, upon deliberations on Peace and War, Disarmament, Peace and Brotherhood as Taught by the World Faiths, Universal Peace, the Peace Programme of the Christian Church, Is War Inevitable? The Outlook for a Warless World, and numerous other titles. In the presence of such a formidable list of themes related to War and Peace, one would surely be impressed with the importance of these subjects in the minds of those responsible for this assembling of World Fellowship of Faiths, and one would be justified in selecting for his theme before this gathering some one or other of the phases of these general titles, and be reasonably sure of an interesting reception in discussing them.
