I leave it With every fair-minded reader to decide whether the three great Mosaic documents, Which I have restored and named the Tora of Moses, the Sinaitic Law, and the Book of the Covenant, giving each in two versions, are not rather to be accepted than the three documents supposed to be discovered by the higher critics and called by them the Prophetic Code, the Laws of Holi ness, and the Deuteronomic Code.
