After an apocalyptic war on their home planet of Beldora, a band of citizens launch into the unknowns of space in a desperate attempt to survive. Crew members come out of hibernation to find themselves being murdered one by one. While evading the killer and searching for other survivors, they intercept a signal from another vessel. Celebrating their rescue, they soon learn they have stumbled upon the strange world of the magitons-immortal life forms who are gods compared to mortals. Their new galactic home is filled with ancient feuds, subterfuge, and powerful adversaries.
